These are beautiful designer gowns that have been tried on in our Sarasota boutique but have never been worn outside the store. They’re in brand-new condition aside from gentle in-store handling, and they’re available at a sweet discounted price. Our off-the-rack gowns are past-season favorites or display samples that are ready to find their forever bride. All gowns are in excellent, wearable condition, though some may show very light signs of try-on wear (like a loose bead or faint mark). Any minor imperfections will be noted before purchase!
Yes — all off-the-rack/sample sale gowns are sold as is. We thoroughly inspect each dress and disclose any imperfections before purchase. By completing your purchase, you agree that the gown’s condition has been reviewed and accepted. While our sample gowns are kept in excellent condition, some may benefit from professional cleaning or pressing before your event — this is the buyer’s responsibility.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges if the gown does not fit or if you change your mind. Your gown is yours to keep and may be altered, resold, or stored for a future date. We heavily encourage you to please know your measurements and ask questions prior to making your final decision.
Once payment is received, the sale is considered final and cannot be canceled.
Absolutely! We carefully pack and ship gowns with love from The Perfect Dress family to your doorstep. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information.
Delivery times and shipping fees will vary depending on your location. We are able to ship within the continental US at this time.
We take great care in packaging and ship with reputable carriers. Any shipping damage must be reported to the carrier immediately so a claim can be filed. We are not responsible for transit delays or carrier-related issues.
Yes! If you're a local Floridian, we'd love to have you in to try in person! We recommend booking an appointment so one of our stylists can guide you through our off-the-rack collection and help you find the one. Please follow this link to schedule in-person!

Like all bridal gowns, alterations are expected to ensure a perfect fit. We’re happy to recommend trusted seamstresses local to us who specialize in bridal wear.
Each listing includes the gown’s bridal size and a size chart for reference. Bridal sizing runs differently than everyday clothing, so we recommend comparing the chart to your current bust, waist, and hip measurements.
If you are not local to shop in person, we recommend calling a bridal shop local to you and see if they wouldn't mind taking your measurements for you!
